Reservation and Luncheon Procedures
All attendees check in with the reservation
table to pick up your nametag and meal tag, also to pay for your
lunch if you haven’t done so.
All attendees will have 2 nametags and a meal tag. One nametag is to
be worn and the other nametag you place on the table to reserve your
seat. The meal tag is to be placed at your seat to let the staff
know what meal to serve you. PLEASE DO NOT move another guests name
card from a seat, first come first reserved.
To facilitate speedy check in, we strongly suggest that you bring the
right change; the Reservation Chair cannot accept any bill over
$20.00. All meals cost $15.00. Checks can be made payable to AFSC.
We have a late arrival table/s for any guests that are not able to arrive
before the end of Reservations check in at 11:20 am. All late
arrivals are asked to pre-pay for their lunch to secure their seat.
Pre-payment should be made no later than 5:00 pm the Wednesday prior
to the luncheon at the Chosun Gift Shop. Forms, envelopes and
instructions will be located on the AFSC desk upstairs in the Chosun
Gift Shop.
