LUncheon procedures
 
 
 


1.  Fill out a Permanent Reservation Agreement & enclose $144 for all 8 luncheons for 2009-2010.
 
2.  Fill out a Pre-payment Luncheon form for monthly luncheons and enclose $18 for the month you want to attend only.  
 
3.  AND/OR by RSVP via E-VITE OR EMAIL OR CONTACTING Erin Locke afscreservation@yahoo.com or 010-2289-6925 NLT on the Wednesday prior to each luncheon 3:00 pm.

4.  Deadline for reservations, cancellations, & meal choice changes must be done by 3:00pm, the Wednesday prior to the Tuesday luncheon by contacting the Reservation Chair in order to receive a full refund, or in order not to be charged.  

Cancellation Policy:  For reservations not canceled prior to the deadline, the person holding the reservation is still responsible for full payment.  A courtesy email will be sent to you as a reminder.  AFSC is billed based on the number of reservations made.  AFSC By-Law requires payment in full within 30 days from the deadline, or will result in membership suspension until full payment.  AFSC cannot refund or waive luncheon fee for late cancellations.

5.  AFSC members and/or guests who were not able to RSVP prior to due date, are encouraged to contact the AFSC Reservation Chair to find out if seating is still available.  Normally a few seats are set aside to accommodate last minute attendees.  

6.  To facilitate speedy check in, please bring exact amount in cash or check (payable to “AFSC”).  The Reservation Chair cannot accept any bills over $20.  All luncheons are $18 for members & guests.  A person can attend ONE luncheon as the guest of an AFSC member. 

7.  Newborn babies up to 6 months age are welcome to accompany attendees/parent.  Please make childcare arrangements for children older than 6 months.
